Sikadur®-55 LP IN Low viscosity, moisture tolerant epoxy injection resin and crack sealer DESCRIPTION Sikadur®-55 LP IN is a two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin specifically formulated for dry or damp crack sealing. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. Confirms to ASTM C881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class F. CYH-500 is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane.Upon contact with water, CYH-500 reacts to closed cell rubber-like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell. Depending on the pressure of injection, CYH-500 reacts to a very dense material or foam.

MasterFlow 718 is a ready to use, non-shrink, natural aggregate cementitious grout for use in general civil engineering works. MasterFlow 718 provides extended working life and high early and ultimate strengths. RECOMMENDED USES MasterFlow 718 is recommended for: • stanchion baseplates and columns; • prefabricated concrete panels and beams; • bridge bearing plates; • anchor bolts and bars; • underpinning; • patch repair works

Ideal for horizontal and vertical applications, it provides strong adhesion and long-lasting durability in demanding environments.

Sika® Hibond STRUCTURAL BONDING AGENT BETWEEN OLD AND NEW CONCRETE DESCRIPTION Epoxy based, two component structural bonding agent. Sika® Hibond compiles with ASTM 881 – 87 Type II Grade 2 Class B and C. USES Sika® Hibond may only be used by experienced professionals. Sika® Hibond is a structural bonding agent applied between old and new concrete surfaces during casting of roof slabs, retaining walls, water tanks, columns,extension of balconies, etc PRODUCT INFORMATION CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES ▪ ▪ Can be applied on moist surface also ▪ Long pot life and open time allows sufficient time for placement of new concrete Once the two components of the material is mixed the material must be used within approx 4 hours.
